Job Description
The Physical Therapist is responsible for performing evaluations, completing plan of treatment, and providing Physical Therapy services as prescribed a physician. The PT is responsible for observation, following the Plan of Treatment, and documenting activities and findings in the clinical record and reporting to the physician/provider any patient reactions to treatment and any changes in the patient’s condition.
Qualifications
Active Florida License as a Physical Therapist
At least one year experience as a Physical Therapist in a clinical setting
Current CPR Certification
