Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and growing a portfolio of wholesale and middle market corporate clients, developing long-term relationships.
- Support the origination, structuring, and execution of corporate banking products, including term loans, revolving credit facilities, trade finance, treasury solutions, and capital markets products.
- Conduct financial analysis, industry research, and due diligence to assess client creditworthiness and identify business opportunities.
- Prepare credit proposals, financial models, pitch books, and internal risk assessments.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Credit Risk, Treasury, Product Specialists, and Legal, to facilitate transaction execution.
- Monitor client performance, market developments, and regulatory changes that could impact client relationships.
- Assist in developing strategic account plans and identifying cross-selling opportunities across the bank’s product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with internal risk policies, regulatory requirements, and KYC/AML standards.
- Support senior bankers in preparing client presentations, deal structuring, and relationship strategy.
