Global commercial bank located in Midtown Manhattan looking to bring on board an “ AVP, Compliance Monitoring & Testing Specialist ” to join their team. This role is currently full time in office.
Responsibilities:
1.Monitor and test regulatory and internal requirement-related controls in business level procedures or policies and identifying control deficiencies
2. Develop reports of regulatory and internal requirement control deficiencies including documentation of findings and tracking remediation objectives
3. Ensure written monitoring and testing results are thoroughly documented, clearly understood, and escalated appropriately
4. Participate in planning, execution, and reporting of compliance assurance reviews and compliance and regulatory issue validation
5. Stay up to date on federal and state compliance updates and changes to regulations
6. Support in development of formal Compliance monitoring and testing policies and procedures, workpapers, etc.
Salary : $110,000 - $160,000
