Salary: $120,000 – $190,000
Responsibilities:
- Ability to identify, analyze and understand all relevant risks of complex limited recourse transactions.
- Financial Modelling/ Financial analysis.
- Ability to review and challenge risk assessments in a timely and productive manner.
- Complex loan structuring experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong decision-making capability and ability to simultaneously manage multiple workstreams across a dynamic team.
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant internal policies.
- Effective credit risk analysis skills in the context of complex specialized finance transactions.
- Valued contribution to transaction execution and credit process as a senior deal team member.
- Effective and timely response to client requests, including Amendments, Waivers, Consents, etc.
- Contribution to key strategic initiatives including pro-active risk identification and deep dives/pre-mortems.
- Strong time management and organizational skills consistently meet deadlines with a high-quality work output.
- Desire to learn / curious.
- Ability to understand the second and third order risk impacts of macro development
