Role:
- Oversee and manage data workflows related to risk assessment ratings and analytics.
- Develop and maintain an advanced dashboard or platform to track risk rating changes, anomalies, and controls.
- Leverage VBA and SQL to automate data processes, improve reporting efficiency, and enhance regulatory analytics.
- Provide detailed reporting and metrics to support internal risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with various teams to refine control mapping and improve rule-based data analysis.
- Support ongoing technology and automation initiatives related to compliance and risk assessment.
- Participate in special projects involving regulatory data analysis and process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 7 years of experience in data analytics, sitting in a risk management or compliance team within financial services.
- Strong VBA and SQL skills to develop automation solutions and manage large datasets.
- Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) to create actionable insights.
- Familiarity with big data platforms (e.g., Alteryx, Dataiku) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and working cross-functionally with different teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and evolving priorities.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication (oral and written) skills.
Salary : $175,000 - $185,000
