What are the responsibilities and job description for the Deputy BSA Officer position at Madison-Davis, LLC?
Retail bank located in Rockville, Maryland looking to bring on board a "Deputy BSA Officer" to join their team. The role is a full time opportunity, currently in a hybrid schedule (4 days in office).
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Director of AML BSA OFAC Compliance/BSA Officer in the development, implementation, and administration of all aspects of bank-wide Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering (“BSA/AML”) Programs.
- Become well versed in all aspects of BSA, AML, and OFAC processes, the Verafin automated system and providing leadership to all business units in the area of BSA/AML, and OFAC.
- Work closely with the BSA Officer on internal and external reviews, remediation activities and model validation efforts.
- Supervise assigned department staff, coordinate staff for coverage in assigned areas of the department and is fully knowledgeable and skilled in all areas of the department.
Salary : $105,000 - $150,000
