Investment bank located in Midtown Manhattan looking to bring on board a “Director Control Room Compliance Project Manager” to join their team. This role is currently in a hybrid schedule (2 days in office / week).
Responsibilities:
-Manage policies and procedures related to MNPI handling, insider trading, watch lists, restricted lists, and conflict management.
-Develop detailed project plans, set clear milestones, and track progress to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Compliance, IT, and Business Units, to strengthen and implement compliance frameworks.
-Stay updated on regulatory changes and evaluate their impact on Control Room policies and procedures.
-Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, identify compliance gaps, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
-Promote automation and technological advancements to enhance compliance processes within the Control Room.
-Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and regulatory stakeholders.
-Deliver training and awareness sessions on Control Room compliance policies and best practices.
-Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards, including SEC, FINRA, FCA, and other relevant jurisdictions.
Salary : $200,000 - $275,000
