What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director, FCC Data Analytics position at Madison-Davis, LLC?
Global bank looking to bring on board a “Director, FCC Data Analytics” to join their team. This role is currently in a hybrid schedule (1-2 days in office). You will be responsible for managing a team of seven people, including three direct reports and four indirect reports.
Responsibilities:
- Execute BSA/AML enhancement projects, in accordance with Compliance department strategy.
- Oversee engagement with stakeholder such as model validation team and internal audit to address and observations, findings, and gaps to the AML Model
- Liaise with Research Institute-America partners to effect changes to data such as new developments, enhancements, and issues remediations.
- Develop MIS reports for submission to senior Branch management.
- Work with Research Institute-America partners to develop and test tools and systems in line with policy and regulatory expectations.
- Develop knowledge of new analytical techniques and data sources that provide ongoing risk mitigation, and how emerging data and technology issues may impact the achievement of BSA/AML Compliance Department’s objectives.
