International investment bank located in Midtown Manhattan who is looking to bring on board an “Executive Director, Head of Anti-Bribery & Corruption & Fraud" candidate to join their team. This role is currently in a hybrid capacity (3 days per week).
Responsibilities:
• Identify all applicable legal and regulatory obligations from the U.S and policy requirements from Head Office
• Develop and maintain policies that capture all of the applicable obligations and requirements
• Review and approve procedures from control owners to ensure they effectively operationalize the policies
• Oversee the execution of ABC and Fraud controls (metrics, internal and external identified issues
• Provide proactive advice and support to 1st and 2nd line of defense partners on the policy, risks, and control expectations
• Liaise with Head Office regarding the communication of any issues in the ABC and Fraud programs
• Partner with Central Compliance to produce and deliver training and to execute the annual risk assessment
• Support and oversee the Canada, Mexico, and Brazil Compliance teams
Salary : $225,000 - $250,000
