Legal Generalist (temp to perm)

Rate: $60/hour

Will be 30 hours per week to start then ramp up to 40 hours

Potential to convert to a permanent position

• Dealing with real estate leases, financial services contracts between consumers and service providers, bank and financial institution contracts, contracts between Client and its agents, M & A, credit facilities, etc.
• The attorney will be working with the Board, minutes, written consents, resolutions, etc.
• Must be fluent in Spanish
