Location: Greenwich, Connecticut

Salary: $170K - $215K base 25% bonus benefits

Job Overview:

A global provider of insurance and reinsurance solutions is seeking a Manager of Corporate Finance to oversee financial reporting and analysis, ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS standards, and drive process improvements in financial reporting controls. The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing and reviewing financial statements, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to strategic financial initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS.
• Maintain and enhance corporate accounting policies and procedures.
• Support external audits and manage financial reporting for domestic and international entities.
• Oversee tax filings and regulatory reporting, working with external tax advisors as needed.
• Manage intercompany transactions and financial consolidations.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Collaborate with internal teams including FP&A, tax, and treasury to support business objectives.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
