- Foster strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring they are engaged and informed throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the entire process, offering support both before and after interviews
- Conduct comprehensive reference checks
- Lead negotiations on salary and terms, securing successful placements
