Job Details
Role:
- Lead network planning, design, implementation, support, security, governing principles and standards as they related to IFDS datacenters, data, voice, video and WAN infrastructure.
- Engineer and Architect all network infrastructures -LAN, MAN, WAN, VPN and DMZ s including production support, fault and performance monitoring, improvements and capacity planning.
- Implement and support Cisco product line -Catalyst switches, routers, etc.
- Implement and support routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, PIM, etc
- Work with the different SMEs from the Infrastructure Architecture and Planning team as well as other technical teams to design and implement solutions to support the reliable delivery of products and services as well as to meet the goals of the business.
- Strong working knowledge and troubleshooting experience with TCP/IP, IPsec, routing protocols (EIGRP, BGP, OSPF and HSRP), Cisco/Arista routers (Nexus 9K/7K, ISR4400/1000), Nexus Technologies (OTV, VPC), Cisco/Arista switches, firewalls (Palo Alto, CheckPoint), F5 Technologies (GTM, LTM, APM, ASM), Citrix NetScalers, Versa SD-WAN, Aruba Wireless, Automation Scripting (Ansible, Teraform), Cisco VoIP and network management (Grafana, HPNA/WCNA, OpManager, Phantom) in medium to large corporate environments.
