Companion Pet Hospital is searching for a skilled veterinarian to join our team as Medical Director.
Be ready to provide quality medicine in a collaborative environment where patient-focused medicine and employee growth are priorities. As our Medical Director, you'll lead a 6-doctor, small animal hospital and our team of nearly 30 staff members! We're searching for an experienced doctor who will build upon our hospital's current strengths, while elevating our services and encouraging new business ideas.
Veterinarians who are confident with internal medicine, love teaching / mentorship, and have a performance / culture driven mindset will be highly considered for this role.
As our managing veterinarian, you'll collaborate with our current DVM team, help build out our services, and oversee hospital policies / procedures, ensuring Companion Pet Hospital exceeds expectations and medical standards. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position based on your ideal four-day schedule. We're happy to accommodate no emergency or on-call hours. Rotated Saturday coverage may be needed on occasion.

Dr. Corinne Majeska and her husband established our Pennsport hospital in 2009 with a dedication to limiting the environmental impact on our historic south Philly neighborhood. Today, our state-of-the-art hospital remains green and is home to six highly skilled veterinarians and 20 experienced staff members. We typically have 2-3 doctor days and our DVM team is well versed in providing a range of services and surgeries. Our team is collaborative and has built a great, positive culture that prioritizes diversity and training.
