We’re offering an incredible $10,000 sign-on bonus, paid out over 18 pay periods ($555.55 per period).
Madison Health and Rehab has an exciting opportunity for a driven leader to join our growing team as a Unit Manager. This position will work alongside our phenomenal Director of Nursing Marica in leading the clinical team to success and providing outstanding care to our residents.
As the Unit Manager, you have the ability to positively impact the lives and overall health of the residents by overseeing the day to day patient care, supervising, directing and developing the nursing staff and working with Marcia our Director of Nursing to ensure quality patient care within the facility. Working with Marcia is nothing like working with another DON in a simialar position. Meet with her and the team to learn the difference of working with a hands on leader and more about how she operates. You will not be disapointed!
This position is Full-Time Days with a rotating call schedule between the DON and other Unit Manager
Requirements:
- WI Licensed Registered Nurse or WI Licensed Practical Nurse
- Previous nurse supervisor or management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead a growing team
