Move - In Coordinator - Madison House

We are seeking an enthusiastic Move-in Coordinator to join our team at Madison House!

Full-time opportunity!

Earn between $25 and $29/hour, dependent on experience!

Day Shift available! 9AM - 5PM including 1 weekend day.

Who you are:

Do you enjoy entertaining? This role works closely with residents and families to assess interests and needs of new residents. You’ll get to coordinate, plan, and conduct tours of the community and support other move-in services which enrich the lives of residents!

What you'll do:

• Coordinates and conducts tours of the community
• Assists residents and families with placement and move in to the community
• Supports Front desk with incoming calls and current resident needs when necessary
• Informs all appropriate personnel of in-coming move-ins and select services
• Maintains relationships with new residents and family members
• Other related duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• A current CPR/First Aid certificate
• Senior Living experience preferred
• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
