Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and appearance of lawns and landscapes for residential and commercial properties. Your expertise in groundskeeping and landscape maintenance will ensure that our clients enjoy beautiful outdoor spaces year-round.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular lawn care tasks including mowing, edging and trimming to maintain healthy grass.
- Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as pruning, mulching and weed removal.
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks.
- Monitor the health of plants and lawns, identifying issues such as pests or diseases, and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Provide snow removal services during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of groundskeeping techniques and practices.
- Experience with snow removal operations is a plus.
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices such as pruning and planting.
- Competence in using various power tools safely (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers).
- Excellent physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License with a good record
- Reliable trasportation to and from work
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend and walk for extended periods of time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
