What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Mascot position at Madison Mallards & Madison Night Mares?
The Mascot will play a key role in the Madison Mallards marketing and entertainment team. As the energetic and charismatic embodiment of “Maynard G. Mallard,” you’ll bring excitement, fun, and enthusiasm to fans at games, community events, and special appearances. This part-time role offers a unique opportunity for someone passionate about sports, entertainment, and engaging with fans in a dynamic setting.
Responsibilities :
- Mascot Performances :
Must ride the Zipline
Facilitate fan interactions during breaks and in between innings.
Work closely with the marketing, promotions, and game-day operations teams to ensure mascot appearances align with the overall event goals.

About the Madison Mallards & Madison Night Mares :
The Mallards are one of the largest and most successful summer collegiate baseball teams in the nation attracting more than 200,000 fans each summer. The Night Mares debuted in 2024 as an inaugural Northwoods League Softball team. In just one year, they became the highest-attended summer collegiate softball team and look to continue to grow in year two.
