- Conduct property tours for prospective residents, showcasing available apartment homes and amenities
- Manage leasing inquiries through various channels and provide detailed information on properties
- Process applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease agreements
- Build and maintain positive relationships with current and potential residents
- Market available apartment homes on various websites to generate leads
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure properties are well-maintained and address any tenant concerns promptly
- Assist in organizing and conducting marketing events or campaigns to attract new tenants
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and file leasing documents accurately
- Knowledge of property leasing procedures and best practices
- Experience using Yardi or similar property management software is advantageous
- Excellent customer relationship management skills with a focus on resident satisfaction
- Background in real estate administrative tasks such as lease preparation and documentation
- Understanding of property maintenance processes and legal administrative duties
