What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting-Senior Accountant-(Remote) position at Madison Memorial Hospital?
As Senior Accountant, this person will have the ability to carry out all staff accountant duties as well as assuming additional responsibilities including more complex accounting functions requiring analytical skills, assisting in the supervision and training of other employees in the Accounting department, and providing financial support to all management.

Required Skills:
1. Highly skilled in the use of Excel (v-lookup, pivot tables, etc.) and other Microsoft Office programs.
2. Has excellent written and verbal skills.
3. Must have excellent work habits and be willing to work hours necessary to complete tasks to meet critical deadlines.
4. Must be willing and able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion in carrying out duties.
5. Has strong organizational skills and excellent problem solving capabilities as well as having a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Minimum Work Experience:
1. Minimum of two years of related experience is preferred.
Minimum Education:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
2. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or other related field accepted with three years of correlating work experience.
