What are the responsibilities and job description for the H.I.M.-Birth Certificate Specialist-(RPT) position at Madison Memorial Hospital?
Responsible for completion and transmission of birth certificates. Responsible for completion of Acknowledgement/Affidavit of Paternity, and fetal death reporting.

- Monday-Friday /32 hours per week

- Bilingual (spanish speaking) preferred but not required
Required Skills:
1. Knowledge of Medical Terminology preferred.
2. Knowledge of typing and computer keyboard.
3. Knowledge of web-based navigation.
4. Excellent customer service skills.
Minimum Work Experience:
1. Some office experience.
Minimum Education:
1. High school graduate or equivalent.
