What are the responsibilities and job description for the Information Systems- Jr. Business Intelligence Developer-(FT) position at Madison Memorial Hospital?
The Business Intelligence Developer is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions, working both independently and with the BI team to gather, maintain, validate, and publish data and reports for business, clinical, regulatory, and financial teams. This position is a key and integral role in producing meaningful and accurate information through reports and visualizations to support the mission and vision of the organization. Enhances the organization’s business intelligence system to help make better decisions.
NOT A REMOTE POSITION
- Full time
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Some on call , after hours trouble shooting
- Benefit eligible
Required Skills:
1. Familiarity and skill with BI technologies
2. BI solution development and management
3. Analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
4. High levels of integrity and confidentiality
5. Advanced reporting solutions (e.g. SQL, Excel, ETL Processing)
Minimum Work Experience:
1. Minimum three years applicable experience in business intelligence/data analytics.
Minimum Education:
1. Bachelor’s degree in related IS/IT or Healthcare fields or applicable certification. Comparable experience may be substituted.
