What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Worker-LMSW or LSW-(FT) position at Madison Memorial Hospital?
The Licensed Social Worker will provide assessments, interventions, and discharge planning to patients in the Emergency Department (ED), Medical Surgical Unit (Med/Surg), Family Maternity Center (FMC), Oncology, Behavioral Health Unit (BHU), and all other units within the hospital.

Required Skills:
1. Strong leadership ability and excellent interpersonal skills, as well as solid oral and written communication skills
2. Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude and the flexibility and prioritization abilities to handle crisis situations and work tasks in a rapidly changing environment
3. Ability to address multiple tasks that have short timelines
Minimum Work Experience:
1. At least two (2) years of experience providing social work services
Minimum Education:
1. Candidate must have a bachelor degree in social work from an accredited school of Social Work by the Council on Social Work Education
2. Must be licensed to practice social work in the State of Idaho (LSW)
