- Manage Loan Officer calendar and daily agenda
- Assist with lead tracking and list management
- Own the social media posting and management for all campaigns
- Initial file set up in Encompass
- Manage close loan files
- Assist with a variety of projects, as assigned
- Act as the right hand for a high producing teamQualifications
- 2-5 years experience as a Sales / Administrative Assistant
- Experience in the mortgage or real estate industry
- Outgoing personality
- Positive attitude
- Desire to grow with our team and go above and beyond
- Ability to manage time and effectively communicate with our internal team and our clients
- Bachelors or Associates Degree preferred but not required
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
- Licensed as a Loan Originator is a huge plus!
