Responsibilities:
· Create specification drawings for manufacturing using CAD (OnShape)
· Review Job Travelers to ensure methods are correct, specification drawings and inspection plans are included
· Maintain Engineering Change Notices (ECN’s)
· Revise Job Travelers as needed.
· Maintain procedures, work instructions, forms, and other quality documents
· Perform and support Internal Audits
· Record retention (e.g. scanning documents, copying documents, manually or electronically filing documents)
· Create and track metrics for Quality Meetings and Management Review Meetings.
· Process DMR’s NMR’s, CAPA’s and/or Customer Complaints. Determine root cause and corrective/preventative actions
· Support quality inspection
Skills:
· CAD required
· Familiarity with Epicor ERP System, required
· Hands on Technical Aptitude
· Highly organized
· Understanding of manufacturing processes
· Understanding of Quality Systems
· Works well in a team environment (office and production areas)
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
· Able to multitask

Education & Experience:
Minimum 4-year degree in a science or technical discipline.

Must be U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident in the U.S. and reside in the state of Connecticut.
