Madison Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ health status, including physical examinations and medical history reviews.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety standards and protocols.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and overall condition, documenting changes in medical records accurately.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and health management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients in a post-acute setting and residents in a nursing home environment.
- Assist in the administration of specialized treatments such as wound dressings during wound rounds.
- Maintain compliance with the facilities policies, procedures, and standards of care while ensuring the highest level of patient safety.
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, medication administration, and basic life support techniques.
- Familiarity with hospital medicine practices and medical records management is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $42.00 - $55.00 per hour
