Our client a national financial leader in the financial services space is seeking licensed Branch Leaders in multiple locations to join their teams throughout the San Francisco Bay area with emphasis on Palo Alto, Marin, Campbell and Burlingame. Our client's mission is to create business opportunities by fostering a dynamic sales and service team that champions their branch, drives revenue growth, and maintains high customer satisfaction. Through educating the local market, you'll support national initiatives and expand local business by engaging with customers in-branch, hosting informative seminars, leveraging leads, and enhancing client relationships.
The Role :
In your role as one of the Branch Leaders, you will implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and strengthen your team. Your leadership and decision-making will directly impact branch performance, market expansion, and overall profitability.
You are instrumental in shaping your branch's success. You recruit, mentor, and develop top talent while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. Beyond leadership, you ensure seamless branch operations, managing technology, back-office processes, and quality assurance to maintain efficiency.
The Essentials :
- Experience : Minimum of five years in a financial sales role
- Leadership : Three or more years in management role within financial services (preferred)
- Licensing : Active Series 9 / 10, 7, and 66 licenses (required)
