Senior Branch Manager

Our client a national financial leader in the financial services space is seeking a licensed Senior Branch Managers to join their Reston, VA location. The Branch Manager role is centered around supporting the Branch Manager in building and leading a high-performing sales team while developing service associates who drive revenue and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

While this role can have some hybrid options depending on the branch location, all candidates MUST live in Reston, VA or surrounding area.

Responsibilities:

• Execute national initiatives to grow the business through customer engagement, local marketing, educational events, and client appreciation activities
• Oversee operational functions
• Adress local risk and compliance issues and manage customer concerns.
• Develop branch associates through training, mentoring, counseling, and motivation

The Skill You Need:

• Demonstrated success managing others in a sales capacity
• Experience in relationship management combined with a strong expertise in financial services
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory guidelines
• Strong work ethic and professionalism

Required Licensing and Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years in a financial sales role
• 3 years in a management position within financial services
• Series 7 and 66 (or 65/63)
