They are currently looking for Senior Financial Advisors to join their branches in the Bethesda, Maryland area.

This company is dedicated to investing in its employees and provides a world-class working environment. In your role as one of the Senior Financial Advisor, you will implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and strengthen your team. Your leadership and decision-making will directly impact branch performance, market expansion, and overall profitability.

As a Senior Financial Advisor, you are instrumental in shaping your branch’s success. You recruit, mentor, and develop top talent while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. Beyond leadership, you ensure seamless branch operations, managing technology, back-office processes, and quality assurance to maintain efficiency.

Please note that this role may offer some hybrid options depending on the branch location. However, all candidates must reside in the Bethesda area to be considered.

Responsibilities :

  • Recruit, mentor and develop talent within the branch
  • Executing national strategies to expand the business through in-branch client interactions, local marketing efforts, educational seminars, and client appreciation events.
  • Managing operational tasks, including oversight of local risk and compliance matters and addressing customer concerns effectively.
  • Promoting the professional growth of branch associates through training, mentorship, counseling, and motivational support.

The Preferred Experience

  • Financial Sales : Five years plus experience in the financial sales role.
  • Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of brokerage, mutual funds, and financial planning
  • People Development : Passion for hiring, mentoring, coaching and growing branch associates.
  • Collaboration : A team-first mindset that drives productivity and innovation
  • Strategic Partnerships : Ability to build strong cross-company relationships that create new business opportunities
  • Leadership Excellence : A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and unwavering integrity
  • The Essentials :

  • Experience : Minimum of five years in a financial sales role
  • Leadership : Three or more years in management role within financial services (preferred)
  • Licensing : 7 and 66 licenses (required); 9 / 10 (preferred but not required)
  • Certifications :

    Series 07 – FINRA, Series 63 – FINRA, Series 65 – FINRA, Series 66 – FINRA
