As a Senior Financial Advisor, you are instrumental in shaping your branch’s success. You recruit, mentor, and develop top talent while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. Beyond leadership, you ensure seamless branch operations, managing technology, back-office processes, and quality assurance to maintain efficiency.
Please note that this role may offer some hybrid options depending on the branch location. However, all candidates must reside in the Bethesda area to be considered.
Responsibilities :
- Recruit, mentor and develop talent within the branch
- Executing national strategies to expand the business through in-branch client interactions, local marketing efforts, educational seminars, and client appreciation events.
- Managing operational tasks, including oversight of local risk and compliance matters and addressing customer concerns effectively.
- Promoting the professional growth of branch associates through training, mentorship, counseling, and motivational support.
