Description
Experience the vibrant culture and breathtaking beauty of the Jersey Shore while working at Madison Resort Wildwood Crest. Our beachfront property is undergoing a full restoration construction to provide guests with an exceptional stay.
The resort will feature a hotel with over 200 rooms, 1-2 restaurants, multiple pools, and top-notch beach service, with more amenities to come in the future.
Summary
As a Valet Attendant, you will be responsible for greeting guests warmly and parking their vehicles safely and efficiently. Our ideal candidate is upbeat, positive, and displays enthusiasm at all times.
Responsibilities
* Adhere to company policies and procedures
* Provide exceptional guest interactions, always smiling and courteous
* Accommodate guests by opening doors, assisting with luggage, and other tasks as needed
* Direct traffic and assist guests entering and leaving the parking lot
* Answer questions about local attractions, hotel amenities, and services
* Collect and label keys accurately to ensure proper return
* Park vehicles in designated areas, following traffic laws
* Operate vehicles safely and responsibly
* Organize and file paperwork regarding guest vehicles and daily transactions
Requirements
* Be at least 19 years old
* Have 3 years of driving experience
* Possess a valid driver's license with no accidents or 2-point driving infractions in the last 5 years
* Be fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Be able to run, stand for long periods, and work outdoors for several hours
* Regularly get in and out of vehicles and stand for extended periods
