What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position at Madison's Journey ABA Therapy, LLC?
Growing ABA Therapy Clinic hiring for an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) part time (15 hours per week). The RBT delivers ABA therapy to children with a qualifying diagnosis (Autism, Global Developmental Delay, etc.) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Applications are also accepted in the clinic Monday-Thursday 9am-1pm and 3:30pm-4:30pm at the clinic at 1601 7th St N, Suite B. Background check is required. Must be dependable in work attendance.
If hired individual is not an RBT, they will be required to obtain RBT certification within one month (the process usually takes less than one month). Pay for behavior tech is $13.50/hr and once RBT acquired, the pay goes up to $15/hr.

-High School Diploma/GED
-Pass Extensive Background Check/Pre-employment drug screening
-Have dependable transportation
