Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the boutique to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Handle payroll and scheduling to maintain financial health of the boutique.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in sales and customer engagement.
- Ensure the boutique is visually appealing consistently
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
- Familiarity with payroll processes and scheduling practices is preferred.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven Visual Merchandising skills preferred
