Who are we hiring?
The Coordinator Global Partnerships will assist the Global Partnerships Sales team with day-to-day operations, specifically focused on sales-related tasks tied to the Teams (Knicks, Rangers) and Entertainment properties (MSG, Radio City Music Hall, Theater at MSG, and Chicago Theater).
What will you do?
- Assist in creating customized proposals for potential partners including copywriting, page layout, meeting notes, recap and analysis
- Attend industry conferences, events at MSG venues, sales meetings, and other client-facing activities with Global Partnerships staff
- Liaise between Global Partnerships and Business Solutions to determine open categories, asset availability, and other needs in service of the Sales team
- Work with Data & Analytics, MSG Networks, Food & Beverage, Procurement, and other internal departments to help with vetting for potential partnerships
- Respond to questions from internal stakeholders on assets and inventory and understand Partnerships’ elements and how they relate to client needs/KPIs
- Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions with Global Partnerships Sales team and contribute original ideas.
- Undergraduate degree required; 0-2 years experience in related field or in internships.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) a plus
- Proficient writing and comprehension, ability to multi-task in a deadline driven environment with exceptional communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail, exceptional creative thinking abilities, ambitious, positive, curious, and outgoing attitude, excellent organizational skills
- Interest in partnership activation, sponsorship, and sports / entertainment marketing
- Knowledge and interest in digital and social strategies for brands, especially in the sponsorship space
- Ability to convey thoughts, concepts and ideas through brainstorms, writing, proposals, meeting notes, research, presentation decks and best practices.
