What will you do?
- Design engaging training and educational materials – including presentations, job aids and newsletters - to help employees develop key skills.
- Support the management of learning and development programs, including planning program components, communicating with stakeholders, managing timelines and providing administrative / logistical support.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of trainings and programs by creating, monitoring and reporting on survey results, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct research on career development, performance management and other areas to inform the People Development strategy and processes.
- Support the integration of skills and behaviors across the employee lifecycle, such as in our promotion process, interview guides, job descriptions, onboarding and more
- Master’s Degree preferred but not required, and/or Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years relevant/related experience in instructional design, learning and development, or program management.
- Experience developing trainings and learning materials is required
