What Will You Do
- Conduct Ticket sales, exchanges & refunds as needed.
- Remain current in ticket system operation
- Remain familiar with events on sale, ticket discounts and how to access them.
- Must balance sales activity and revenue on a regular basis.
- Assist Dept. Lead in counting money and preparing bank deposit and end of day reports
- Assist Inventory Department, processing group and season ticket orders
- Assist reservation Department distributing Will Call orders to customers
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
- Excellent hospitality, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be team orientated.
- Computer skills
- Ticket system expertise
- Previous customer service and money handling skills are a priority.
- Honesty and integrity are essential to this position.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, holidays and weekends.
