Part-Time Storage Manager – Flexible Hours
We’re looking for a self-starter who is organized and reliable to help manage our storage facility. This is a part-time position (15 hours per week), with the potential to grow over time. You’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, and we provide training to get you up to speed. A basic understanding of Excel or Google Sheets is a plus, but not required.
Our facility has a newly renovated office with a security gate and cameras for a safe and comfortable work environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the storage facility.
- Manage inventory and keep storage units organized.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and leads.
- Work with vendors to handle move-outs and maintain cleanliness.
- Process payments, including cash and credit card transactions.
- Keep the office and facility running smoothly with basic admin tasks.
- Provide friendly customer service and help resolve any issues.
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone organized and able to work independently.
- A good communicator with great customer service skills.
- Basic familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets is a plus).
- Comfortable handling payments and keeping records accurate.
- Any experience in retail, storage, or customer service is a bonus!
