POSITION TITLE: Office Manager (LTE)
TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: LTE position starting ASAP through February 28th, 2025. Possibility of extension
REPORTING TO: Executive Director
FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt (Hourly) $25/hour
WORK HOURS: 25-40 hrs/week. Work hours would be on site and scheduled with the Executive Director during the hours of 8am - 5pm Monday-Friday. (No remote option)

SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
Tasks will vary throughout the limited term employment and may include:
- Various projects and tasks as directed by the Executive Director
- Assisting with hiring processes (post positions, manage hiring process, onboarding employees)
- Assist with payroll
- Daily tasks of opening mail, ordering supplies, managing general office and technology issues
- Actively participate in meetings as appropriate
- Other duties as assigned
