High Rise Window Cleaner - Now Hiring

We are looking for friendly, service-oriented, hard-working, trustworthy and reliable individuals to grow our team of Rope Access specialists.

We have many opportunities in this growing, fast-paced environment. We have an extensive portfolio of medium to high rise commercial customers. Past High Rise Window Cleaning experience is required for this position.

Responsibilities, Duties & Qualifications:

• Have past high-rise window cleaning or rope access experience in related field
• Report to work on time and as scheduled
• Effectively communicate with customers as needed
• Work independently as well as cooperatively in a team environment
• Working knowledge of I14 and OSHA standards
• RDS or SPRAT Certification preferred
• Perform job hazard analysis and follow written work plans
• Ability to inspect and use all RDS equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications
• Always follows all safety and operating procedures
• Clean windows according to scope of work
• Experience in new construction window cleaning methods
• Use various access equipment such as ladders, poles, ropes, ascenders, descenders, harness, bosun chair, fall arrest and fall restraint systems
• Perform related facilities maintenance as instructed
• No fear of heights
• Lift 50lbs on a regular basis, bend, kneel, squat, sit push, pull, stand and work outdoors for extended periods of time
• Work overtime as needed
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check conducted

Past High-Rise experience is required for this position. We provide all equipment. If high rise work is not available, you will clean windows in other settings such as medium to low rise commercial and residential. A low rise and ground-based rate applies to work other than high-rise work.
