Ambulatory-Clinic Quality Supervisor-(FT)
Provides oversight, supervision and strategic goals for patient care coordinators (PCC), by developing, monitoring and evaluating Accountable Care Programs (ACO) or Value Care Programs (VCO) specific in the ambulatory clinic setting according to patient demographics for Madisonhealth. Works with Clinic Supervisors, Patient Care Coordinators and Chronic Care Coordinators to develop and maintain workflows that impact the value care or accountable care programs at the clinic level. Position is responsible to ensure that accurate and timely information is provided for reporting purposes.
- Position requires that time be spent regularly in all ambulatory primary care clinic’s, Seasons, RMC, Rigby for supporting line level staff, PCC, interns, clinical staff, admission staff and physicians. Works with the quality and admission team members to provide encouragement, workflow analysis and proactively seeks out methods to support quality goals and objectives.

Required Skills:
1. Must demonstrate knowledge of the patient care cycle, with primary care being the focus.
2. Must demonstrate care of patients and professional respect for medical providers and co-workers.
3. Knowledgeable in medical terminology and electronic medical records. Cerner experience preferred
4. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Windows based programs. Additional programming experience for report building preferred
5. Understanding of medical terminology and acronyms used in healthcare settings
6. Must have a high level of integrity and confidentiality in all aspects of job duties and performance
Minimum Work Experience:
1. 3-5 Years working in a physician office, quality improvement activities or billing coding experience preferred
Minimum Education:
1. Bachelor’s degree in health care related field, preferred
