We have a master jeweler on premises who specializes in watch and jewelry repairs, stone replacement, remounts, and handcrafted redesigns, working with platinum, silver, and gold, as well as diamonds and other precious gems. Our mission is to offer our clients locally and around the globe the very best in men’s and ladies’ watches, fine jewelry, diamond engagement rings, wedding bands, designer handbags, colored gemstone jewelry, pendants, earrings, and much more.
We are looking for an experienced fine watch and jewelry sales professional. Candidate must demonstrate luxury brand knowledge including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Breitling, Cartier, Chopard, Omega, and more. Also, the candidate should embody expert styling in fine jewelry and designer handbags. Proficient in the use of social media platforms to generate customer engagement and sales.
This is a part-time position (that could be turned into a Full-time position, after a trial period) located at our local showroom in Orlando, Florida. Additionally, we assist worldwide customers via Skype/Zoom, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Provide concierge customer service in the showroom.
- Acquire, cultivate and maintain relationships with our guests through deep product knowledge, personal engagement, and luxury service.
- Set up and maintain showcases in a visually appealing design.
- Maintain store appearance reflecting our luxury style.
- Record and reconcile inventory.
- Secure merchandise following our protocol.
- Collaborate with content creators for our social media campaigns.
- Provide product details and input on boosting engagement on social media platforms.
- Photograph merchandise for social media images.
- Create engaging copy and appropriate hashtags to go along with images.
- Engage on social media by liking, following, and commenting on other local business accounts.
- Respond to any social media inquiries in a positive and professional manner.
- Encourage guests to leave Google/Yelp reviews, incentivizing them with our monthly gift card drawing.
- Monitor trends and feedback received on our social channels.
Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications. 20-25 hours/week, available immediately. Sales-Commissions will also be paid, on top of hourly.
