Madole Construction is seeking skilled and reliable Construction Foremen to lead our crews and ensure the successful execution of residential and commercial construction projects. We specialize in foundation repair, structural work, concrete, and renovation services. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to company standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and scopes of work
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Communicate with production managers, inspectors, clients, and subcontractors
- Train, coach, and lead team members in field operations and safety practices
- Monitor job site quality, progress, and crew performance
- Complete daily reports and project documentation
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Foreman, Crew Lead, or similar role in construction
- Strong knowledge of concrete, carpentry, framing, and home renovation techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- OSHA certification
