We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Madonna Manor. As a member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing safe, therapeutic care to residents from admission through discharge, collaborating with physicians, families, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care. You will also have the opportunity to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote residents' mental and physical well-being.

About the Requirements
- A current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Kentucky or a valid license from a reciprocal state
- CPR certification (required)
- Experience in long-term care (preferred but not required)
