State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Role

Job Summary

As an STNA, you will provide high-quality care to meet residents' comfort, safety, and hygiene needs, assist them in maintaining or improving their independence, and play a vital role in ensuring their well-being and creating a positive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate care to residents, meeting their physical and emotional needs
• Assist residents in daily activities, promoting independence and dignity
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams

Requirements:

• Current STNA license in Kentucky or a valid license from a reciprocal state
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
