Nursing Leadership Opportunity
Madonna Manor is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team. As an RN Manager, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring that we maintain high standards of nursing practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate nursing staff to provide exceptional care
- Develop and implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve organizational objectives
- Participate in committee meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree from an accredited School of Nursing
- Registered Nurse currently licensed in the state of employment
- Currently certified in CPR
- Long-term care experience preferred
- One year supervisory experience preferred
- Minimum one year recent clinical experience related to geriatric nursing
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen
