As an RN Manager, you will be responsible for leading our nursing team, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring that we maintain high standards of nursing practice.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate nursing staff to provide exceptional care
- Develop and implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve organizational objectives
- Participate in committee meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree from an accredited School of Nursing
- Registered Nurse currently licensed in the state of employment
- Currently certified in CPR
- Long-term care experience preferred
- One year supervisory experience preferred
- Minimum one year recent clinical experience related to geriatric nursing
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen
