Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead nursing care and mentor staff to ensure quality care.
- Administer treatments and medications while ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
- Be the go-to resource for residents, families, and team members.
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment.
What You Bring:
Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
License & Certification: Active Kentucky RN license and current CPR certification.
Experience: Long-term care experience is preferred, but passion for caregiving is a must
