About the Role
As an RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading nursing care, overseeing assessments and care plans, and mentoring and evaluating nursing staff. You will also administer treatments and medications while ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Active Kentucky RN license and current CPR certification
- Long-term care experience preferred, but passion for caregiving is a must
