Your Role :
As an RN Nurse Supervisor , you ll :
Lead nursing care and oversee assessments, care plans, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Mentor, evaluate, and support nursing staff to ensure quality care.
Administer treatments and medications while ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
Be the go-to resource for residents, families, and team members.

What You Bring :
Education : Associate s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
License & Certification : Active Kentucky RN license and current CPR certification.
Experience : Long-term care experience is preferred, but passion for caregiving is a must!
