Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Expertise: Provide safe, therapeutic care to residents from admission through discharge
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with physicians, families, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care
- Care Planning and Delivery: Use the nursing process to develop and deliver individualized care plans that promote residents' mental and physical well-being
- Leadership and Mentorship: Serve as a clinical role model and resource for staff, fostering a positive and professional environment
- Licensure and Certification: Current LPN license in Kentucky or a valid license from a reciprocal state and CPR certification (required)
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in long-term care (not required)
