Your Role as an STNA :
As an STNA at Madonna Manor, you will :
Provide compassionate, quality care to meet residents' comfort, safety, and hygiene needs.
Assist residents in maintaining or improving their independence whenever possible.
Play an integral role in ensuring the well-being of our residents and creating a positive, supportive environment.
Qualifications :
Current STNA license in Kentucky or a valid license from a reciprocal state.
Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
Ability to successfully pass a drug screening and background check, ensuring a safe and supportive work environment.
